Anyway to clear arrest record

Hi, 

Anyone who got 221G for arrest only issue for H1B visa stamping and no case ? Or it depends on luck. ? 

Anyway to clear arrest record in CA after 1 year. Just the arrest and no case.

Arrest records are never cleared for immigration purposes.

You have to list arrests on immigration forms.

Thanks Joef. Is there a way to avoid delay due to [AP ] during visa stamping ? AP happens for all folks who are arrested without case? or it based on the doc's we provide to VO during the interview. ? Just trying to understand if there is a way to avoid or reduce the probability of getting 221G/AP.
