H1 6 Years completed, moved to H4 EAD, Back to H1B if 140 is approved

I was on H1B till September 2017 and moved to H4 EAD by using total 6 years of available H1B time.

If I find an employer who files Perm processing and I 140, can I extend my H1B petition (Exhausted 6 years time) after I 140 is approved?

I have similar Question. 

 

My Wife has I-140 approved with Company A, she moved to Company B in 2014. And from Company she worked 2 years and moved to H4 and H4 EAD. Now she is working on H4 EAD and want to move back to H1B. Can we use the approved I140 to tranfer back to H1B?
