I 140 from previous employer withdrawn

Hi

I got my I 140 approved from previous employer in April 2016.In Sept 2017 I moved to other employer they used my previous I140 so I got 3 years visa till oct 2020.However in Mar 2018 my previous employer sent me letter and there lawyer also called to inform they are withdrawing my I 140 as I am no longer there employee 

If I get new job in say 2019 can I use this old I140 for transfer ?? Or I will have to wait till my current employer get my new I 140
