My h1b rejected and company is refiling shortly. If you are in same boat or passed same phase, please share your out come or result.

If your employer is keeping you in dark, then any of the response you get here will not be helpful to you coz you don't know what to compare with ! e.g. Reason for denial,RFE,  what has been sent in previous RFE response, wht's the new soc code he used to file new petition actually does matter these days.

If you work with some desi consultancy try with attorney's office or your HR to provide you docs.

If the employer doesn't tell you anything it is likely that it is a shady employer, probably one of the fraud desi consulting companies.

Find a better employer.

100% Truth. 

And this also leads me to think denial has lot more to do with "employer" than yourself.
