She is a an Indian citizen but have lived outside India most of part of her life. She was working in US on her H1B visa until last month. She got her mutually agreed divorced 3 years ago and now married to a US citizen. She has been using her EAD with her new job now. They bought a house together, they are both having great jobs in IT and having a kid. With all this, is there any likelihood of any issues with her green card through family based? No criminal record and everything is clean. Link to comment
