ramakrishnan4
has your US visa ever cancelled or revoked? When I went for visa stamping in 2015, my old expired visa (2014) was stamped as cancelled without prejudice. But i do have other old expired visa from different company which is not cancelled. Now I am filling DS160 again for stamping, what should i mention for this question (yes/No). Please give some suggestion Link to comment
JoeF
Answer with yes, and explain that it was a CWOP. It is not a problem. Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Eventhough my case is same, I always answered No and I did not face any issue. Going to stamping and getting cancelled old when they stamp new visa is normal. I guess this question intention is outside of this... Link to comment

Just answer the question as stated. Trying to interpret a question is not what this is about. The OP just has to answer with a Yes and explain, possible on an extra sheet, that it was a CWOP. That's it. Link to comment
venkatramrm@gmail.com
@ramakrishnan4 As @gopalakrishnach said Even I believe it's a common practice to cancel old visa while giving new visa, you can answer "NO" unless your visa was rejected or cancelled previously with the intention of cancelling / revoking it when you attended for visa interview etc., I have seen many folks answered the same. Please double check with your attorney for accurate information. Link to comment
