Stay in US after H1B transfer rejection

Hi,

My I94 is valid till Sep 23rd 2019 (Approved H1B petition and stamped from employer A), then I had changed employer from A to B and later returned back to employer "A". Employer "A" filed for H1B Transfer (from B to A) request and got RFE. If any case my transfer gets rejected, 

Can i stay back in US until my I94 validity or not?

Or do I need to leave US? If Yes, how soon?

What are the options available for me so that I can stay back in USA even if H1 transfer gets rejected?

Did employer A inform USCIS that you weren't working there? If not, did they pay you for the time you were not working there?

If an employer doesn't inform USCIS, then the person was still an employee and needed to get paid.

If A's petition gets denied, then you will be considered out of status (but not unlawful). You will then need to leave ASAP.
