I94 Expiring, H1B Extension in progress, Layoff

Hello, my I94 and H1B petition expire on Jun 7th. Company A has already filed extension

However, there is possibility that Company A may terminate me in August as project coming to a close, and no other projects available.

Questions:

1. If Company A revokes extension any time after Jun 7th (I-94 expiry date), can I still transfer to another employer? Do I still get 60 days grace period to find a new employer?
2. If Company B applies H1B Transfer in June itself in premium processing but it gets denied, will it impact Company A extension petition?

 

What are the best options for me to continue working on H1B based on above scenarios? please advise.

Since your I-94 will be expired, you will not get hte 60 day grace period.

The two petitions will be independent.
