H1B Job change

Hi,

I have  H1B visa till jul 2018. I quit job from Employer on Jan 2018. But my employer hasn't revoked my H1B yet. I past my 60 days grace period. Am yet to submit my COS from H1 to H4. Documentation process is going on. But now i got a Job offer.  What should be done in this case? Kindly advice

You have been out of status since your last day of work + 60 days. Revocation does not matter. If your new employer files a transfer, it will most likely be approved without extension of status. You will have to leave the US and return to start working.
