H4 EAD extension renewal after H1B transfer approved

My wife H4 EAD is valid till July 19th 2019 , two weeks back my H1B transfer with a new employer got approved till May 2021. Can I file for renewal now so that I can get EAD till my new extension date? ,not sure how the new rule will impact.

1) You should have applied you wife H4 + EAD along with your h1b application. Then she will get H4 and EAD valid till your new h1b expiry

2)  Now it takes a lot of time to get new H4 and EAD because there is no premium available for h4

3) EAD extension can only be applied 6 months or 90 days in advance.

HI @Metroguy- If we could file EAD extension with H1B transfer,Should it not be ok to file later in regular process post H1B transfer approval as well even if it is valid for morte than 180 days?
