Dual Applications

Hi,

My wife applied for H4, H4EAD in regular processing (as no PP allowed), as it is taking ages to process, I transferred my H1 to a new employer and opted for PP & included fresh applications of H4, H4EAD. Now, My wife has 2 sets of pending applications with USCIS, 1 is referring to my current employer, other 1 is referring to my new employer. Can I leave both of them as is?

Anyone see any problems with this? Please share your experiences.
