krish.kallidai
Hello forum leaders, My company filed an H1B extension and H4 extension last year. Right after my extension was filed, I got my GC for me and my family. My company then withdrew my H1B extension after it went to RFE this month but said they will not be able to withdraw my H4 petition for my dependents. The USCIS acknowledged the H1B withdrawal within 2 days after my company's withdrawal request was sent and denied the H4 petition same day stating H1B extension is also denied. I didn't have enough time to respond back to USCIS for H4 withdrawal and they had sent the H4 denial letter already. Question : Can I withdraw the H4 petition after it was denied or leave it as is. Will it have any impact later for my dependents during naturalization process. Any inputs appreciated. Link to comment
JoeF
You all got the GC. The H4 is irrelevant. Stop worrying about it. Just ignore it. Link to comment
