I am planning to transfer my J1 to another institute (university) possibly by the end of June 2018. And I am planning to visit India in September-2018. Do I have to get a new visa stamping in India when I am returning (due to the J1 transfer)?. In other words, is my current visa valid when I return from India after J1 transfer ?.
