km001
Hello Need to go next week (with family) to Tijuana, but no Mexican visa appointments are available. I may not be able to get Mexican visa stamped. I have I-797 / I 94 valid up to May 2021. My visa expired a week ago. Is it possible to enter Tijuana for visa H1-B and H4 stamping on recently expired visa with valid I 797 and I94? Please share your experience. I plan to stay within 25/30 km withing border for the visit period. Link to comment

You can go for visa stamping by taking border permit that costs around 25-30$ valid for a week at Tijuana. Link to comment
rohit369
It is better you get a Mexico visa. It's not guaranteed that you will be allowed. You can get the Mexico visa on the same day at their consulate and it takes around 20-30mins process. This is my experience at San Jose consulate. Link to comment
