Hi, My employer filed my H1b transfer petition in October 2017 in premium processing and received first RFE in November 2017 and Second RFE in Jan 2018. Second RFE was responded on FEB 10th, 2018 but I did not get any response from USCIS yet. My immigration lawyer raised a service ticket and it has been more than 2 months since service ticket was raised and we don't have any response yet.  

My questions:

1. What options do I have now other than raising one more service ticket?

2. Can I submit another transfer petition with same employer or different in premium processing?

Any help would be appreciated
