Visa Payment at Mexico Bank

Hi,

Can some one please help me with, on how i can make a payment for booking a visa appointment at US Consulate, Matamoros, Mexico. It says payment to be made at local bank in Mexico. There is no any credit/debit card option available on their site.

As you're aware, There is no way to make an online payment to book an appointment in Mexico.  Could you please provide me with information on this please. I'd like to make an appointment at Mexico City. On My DS-160 I have chosen Mexico City.
