Transter to Employer 3

Hi All,

My Employer_1 moved me to Employer_2 and started GC process, the LCA is approved, and waiting to get the i140 . its been more than 5 months, i thin the i140 may approve any time if all goes fine. but the transfer from Employer_1 to Employer_2 is not yet approved.

1 Q: if the transfer from Employer_1 to Employer_2 is not approved can i move to Employer_3 ?

2 Q: if the transfer from Employer_1 to Employer_2 is not approved and the i140 which is filed from Employer_2 is valid if i move to Employer_3?
