I-140 approval and RFE at the same time

Hello, 

I am currently facing an issue where I received an I-140 RFE at first and an I-140 approval few days later. My lawyer still sent the evidence before the due date, but I am puzzled by the situation. I checked the USCIS website and still shows the date at which my I-140 application was received and not the updated status of approved. I have double checked the I-140 approval document, all the details in there are accurate. I am still waiting on the response, and my lawyer doesn't want to go premium for the RFE response as we have an approved I-140.

Anyone know what is going on? and what action I need to take further?
