H1 B Extension with amendment

My employer planning to do my Job Role amendment along with my H1B Extension. I have below questions-

1) Is there any risk involved doing H1 extension along with amendment ?

2) My current role is  Computer System Analyst  , does Software developer / software architect is suitable job title for amendment ?

3) My I-140 approved with Computer System Analyst, does changing job title to  Software developer / software architect will affect my Green Card ?

4) Suppose  my H1B visa valid  till  2020 and if I  do amendment for Job role change now and amendment gets denied , does I still can work on old Job Role till 2020 OR my  H1 get denied and I need to move back to home country ?

5) Can  amendment  not be for role which we are not performing now  but  going to perform in future ( promotion )  , if future role get denied can’t we continue to work on current job role   ?
