LCA Vs Offer Letter payment

Hi,

I changed my employer 2 months back. I worked with my ex employer as Full Time.

1) I worked 3 years with him but he never paid me as per offer letter.  The W2 wages are always lesser about 10k $ than my offer letter. Also he did not give me the LCA so I do not aware what is the prevailing wage.

2) I never took any vacation in 3 years, so I thought he would encash as part of full & final settlement but he did not pay anything for Vacation.

3) When last he filed my H1 amendment due to project location change, he got RFE & Denial but never shared RFE & Denial documents; Also he reduced my salary 20k $ PA because we got lower rate, also he told me that why he decreased the salary because of H1-B amendment cost 7500$ + other cost, but he never gave me revised offer letter and shared the approved LCA of 65K PA for new location. Also he did not pay me any relocation cost except 360$ of one way travel flight ticket.

Please advise on my rights.

The employer is required by law to give you a copy of the LCA when you start employment. Why didn't you complain, or file a complaint with DOL?

Relocation costs are not a requirement to be paid by the employer.
