H1B extn, H4 extn and H4 EAD Processing time in Nebraska service center

Hi Everyone,

Hope this will helps who are in same situation. My company attorney applied for H1B extension in premium processing and H4 Extension and H4 EAD all together.

6-Apr-18	-Applied for H1B LCA.
13-Apr-18	-LCA Approved by Deparment of Labour.
20-Apr-18	-Attorney sent H1B extn, H4 extn and H4 EAD application documents in Fedex to USCIS Nebraska service center.
23-Apr-18-	Fedex delivered documents to USCIS Nebraska service center.
24-Apr-18	-Check submitted for H4 EAD was cashed by Nebraska service center.
27-Apr-18	-Attorney received H1B extension receipt number in the postal mail.
28-Apr-18	-Received both H4 extension and H4 EAD receipt numbers in the postal mail to my address.
3-May-18	-H1B extension, H4 Extension and H4 EAD was approved.
7-May-18	-H4 EAD approval notice was received to my address.
8-May-18	-USCIS updated case status for H4 EAD as 'WE MAILED YOUR NEW CARD'.
9-May-18	-USCIS updated case status for H4 EAD as 'USPS picked your card for delivery and your tracking number is XXXXXXX.
10-May-18	-H4 approval notice was received to my address.
10-May-18	-H1B extension and H4 extension documents were received by attorney.
11-May-18	-H4 EAD card was delivered by USPS.
Note:	H1B extension, H4 extension and H4 EAD all are approved for 3 years

HI ,

I dont have answer to your queries, but i would like to know few details about the applications you have submitted.

Currently I have approved I-140 and applied for my H1 extension on March 1st week in Non-Premium.

Now i'm planing to apply for H4 Cos and H4 EAD along with my H1 extension changing to Premium . Do you know if this can be done.

Currently my wife is on H1 and this would be CoS to H4 and i was wondering how are the approval chances for H4 EAD if we apply now.
