vikram2018
Hi, Me and my wife have been working on H1B since last 10 years and waiting for GC on EB2. We have US born very medically fragile child with mental and physical disability. He is using Medicaid for support. Based on his situation he cannot survive in India. Based on his condition, I have two questions.. 1- Is there any way to get GC faster because of his condition and support him better? 2- Today I read USCIS is working to Expand Definition of "Public Charge" Grounds for Inadmissibility of Immigrants. If that rule come in effect, what option I have to support my US citizen child? Many thanks.. Link to comment
JoeF
The only possibility I can see would be based on humanitarian grounds. You would have to discuss your situation with a good immigration lawyer. Your child is a US citizen, so there are no public charge issues as far as the child is concerned. Link to comment
vikram2018
Thanks Joe for your comments.. I am also searching for an immigration lawyer who has experience of such cases. Hoping murthy or someone else will suggest related case study.. Link to comment
