H1b RFE Response Advice and Future implications

Here are the events of h1b filed (Same Employer) trying to understand the significance of response to RFE for 4th H1b,and its impact, if any 

3rd--> H1b applied March 2016 -->  Approved March 2017 --> until July 2017.

4th--> H1b  amendment OCt 2016 -->  RFE Received  April 05th 2018  --> Due For response.

5th--> H1b applied Feb 2017 --> Approved  Nove  2017 ---> Valid until Dec 2018.

 As getting the Client letters towards the response to RFE is real challenge 7 work, as i worked for only 6 months,and is over now, would like to know any impact if we do not respond to RFE, before Filing any new H1b Application or extension,prior to the existing Approval valid until Dec 2018.

If the 5th H1 came with an I94, you are fine.
