Gru79
Hi everyone, I am gathering documents for applying for a B2 visa for my parents as well as my younger sister. I had a couple of questions: 1) I had prepared the I134 for my father and mentioned my mother as his spouse. Will this be sufficient or should i fill out a separate I134 for my mother? 2) I am showing almost 25k as funds available in all my US savings and checking accounts. Is this a reason for rejection concern? 3) My sister's situation is kind of a quandary. She is a full time student though she has only one year of studies left. we plan to use that as an argument to come back. I am showing the same funds for her as well although on a separate I134. What are her chances? Does this separate I134 cause a problem? If in case of visa rejection for my sister, how might it affect her future applications say for F1 or H1/H4 etc? Thank you for your patience. Appreciate the inputs. Thanks, Link to comment
JoeF
An I-134 is irrelevant. It is not required, it is not even enforceable. Link to comment
