H1b transfer within India

Recently my H1B extension got rejected ,where as my existing (old) petition is still valid till july,2018.

Right now am in India , If am switching to n1b new company in India do i need to do before my H1B validity of existing petition or even after expiring my existing petition can i transfer my H1B to new company.

Mainly i need to transfer my H1B to new company in india (ex:TCS,Infy) , what are the possibilities and i used my 3 and half years of H1 Stay in US.

Any company interested in sponsoring you needs to file and get a non cap H1 petition approved for you. Then you get a visa and come over.
