Petition approved, Visa stamping pending, can I switchover employer

Hi, 

      I am from Bangalore, India. I have a approved H1B petition of 3 years validity, valid till June 2018. I have not attended Visa interview yet. I couldn't get suitable role in my present company, and am planning to switch my employer.  My questions:

       1. Does my petition becomes invalid if I switch my company now?

       2. If I decide to quit present employer, and hoping my new employer agree to schedule visa interview, Can my petition be extended?

       3. For petition extenstion, do I come under cap exempt bracket?

       4. In case I don't move out of present employer, what will happen to my approved petition?

Please help me
