NOIR notice on approved H1B

Hi, i did my masters and i got my initial opt in feb 2016 and then i got my stem opt and its valid until feb 2019. When i am in stem opt i got my h1b visa and its apporved.
1 . My H1B apporved started from October 2017
2.  And I received NOIR notice on april 2nd 2018.
3. If my h1 gets revoked now can i go back to my Opt visa?
4. If not can join in collge and get CPT?
5. What are the options to maintain visa status.

The OPT is gone forever.

And signing up with a fraud institution to get CPT is abuse and would result in never getting an H1 again, killing your future in the US.

Well as per your case, you already converted from OPT to H1B so there will no OPT status to go back, all you can do is you will have a 60 days period based up on NOIR so find a new employer and switch to them or else take CPT but it might be a risk from day one CPT u will have problems in future.
