Subhadra Gupta
Hi, I've submitted my documents before the expire of I-94 and Visa both, i.e. before 31st of March 2018 under premium processing. After 15 days USCIS sent us an RFE. I've submitted all the required documents and evidences and after 15 days, USCIS has sent a denial notice. "On April 27, 2018, we denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker. We mailed you a decision notice that explains why we denied your case and your options. Please follow the instructions in the notice." Has anybody faced similar situation? I've asked our attorney to escalate this matter. My I-94 and Visa already expired on March 31st. In this situation, what would be my options and what kind of documents I need to produce to defend my case. So that I can arrange them as prerequisites. Our attorney yet to receive the papers from USCIS. Thanks, Subhadra Link to comment
vinodkt7
I think you need to leave country ASAP, you can't work anymore. Did you get your denial letter? why it was denied? what questions were asked in RFE? Link to comment
Chanti001
I am also in same boat. Got an RFE for my L1B extension and am yet to respond to it. Any information on why denial happened could help Link to comment
