I 140 Denial

My I 140 has been denied as of today , I read the status on the USCIS website.

I am not sure of the exact reason since the papers have not been mailed yet to my attorney. Does anyone know the general reasons for denial and what my options are after this ? My PERM was certified in EB2 with bachelors plus 5 years work ex. My attorney says that it might be because we tried to put it under EB 2 and my bachelors from india was not considered a true BS since it was correspondence. Has anyone experienced a similar situation and what is the best path forward ? I have exhausted my 6 years on H1B and am currently on the H4.
