immigrantdoc 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2018 Hello: I am a physician on H1B visa. My employer is knowingly violating certain terms of our contractual obligations to each other. They constantly harass me to perform duties that can only be performed if I agree to do so- according to my written agreement. Everyone - from management to CEO - keeps ignoring my objections.
