I am an Indian national, working in US on H1B. Currently i am on short term (3 Months) assignment to Netherlands.

I have approved H1B visa (3rd extension). I have following questions

  1. Possibility of more administrative processing time or delays?
  2. More chances of denial?
  3. Need of any additional documents if I do stamping (in Amsterdam, Netherlands) outside my home country?
  4. Any other risks/factors to be considered if I take appointment at Amsterdam, Netherlands?
  5. How risky it is to appear for visa interview at US consulate in Amsterdam?

Appointment wait time in Amsterdam is 14 days whereas in india its 35-40 days.

Thanks

I suggest you to go to MATAMOROS Mexico and get the visa stamping done. It's easy and fast

Thank you for your response. I cannot enter in US as my extension is in progress. Once extension is approved, i need to go for stamping. As i mentioned in my 1st post - wait time for visa interview in India is 35-45 days whereas in Amsterdam its 15 days.

I just wanted to know is it safe to do stamping outside India, Mexico and Canada?
