Labor certification/PERM details

When my employer filed PERM, they didn't send me any details about labor certification like  Job description, prevailing wage, job code,  Job title  etc..

Is it possible to get my PERM details using FOIA. If so, what is the process. 

I have the I-140 approval notice with me though.

okay. you can check in DOL website filtering for all perms filed by your petitioner, and you can identify your PERM by looking at education or address information.

Nice, Thanks for the DOL link. I am able to find my case number (A # ). and also the wage details. But the job responsibilities are not fully mentioned here. They might had sent an attachment which I can't see in the DOL website. 

I am confused with A#, this number is different in I-140 approval notice and for Perm case  in DOL website. Do you know which 'A' number I have to mention in FOIA request to get all my labor certification case details.
