H4 EAD Extension

Hello,

My H4 Visa stamping is valid till July 2019

When i got my H4 EAD initially, it was approved only till Jan 2019, as my I94 was only valid till then, and not July 2019

When i visited india last month and re-entered US, my new I-94 which I got is now valid till July 2019 (till my H4 Visa validity)

 

My question is - I need to get my I94 extension till July 2019, which is currently at Jan 2019

Can I apply it right away ? with my new I94 copy , or should I wait for any specific time period of before 90 days or before 180 days only ?
