Urgent!! can i travel to India with a pending court date

I have a pending court date in june for misdemeanor citation and i already have made travel plans to India for vacation and to get my H1B visa stamped.

My concern here is, if by some reason if my return travel to US is delayed due to current immigration situation (221G being issued on a regular basis) and i miss the court date. what are the consequences.

Make sure that you are not required to get court permission to leave the jurisdiction before you travel. If any delay let the clerk of the court be aware.
