Raj1501
My ETA-9089 sigature page was lost in mail. Our Attorney has applied my I-140 through regular processing, requesting USCIS to get the duplicate ETA-9089 from DOL. Has anyone gone through this hassle? How long does it take for the I-140 approval in this scenario? I am confused as to how much additional time will this add up to the regular I-140 processing. Link to comment

architectapplicant
Hi All, I'm in the same boat as you since August 2018. My employer's signature page was also lost on mail to the attorney. As a result we could not file with premium processing. I was wondering if any of you got an update on your case. How long did it take? Did you file for premium processing after few months? Link to comment
