Administrative Processing for the second time

Hi,

My Dependant visa H4 got expired on Feb 22 - 2018 and got the option to submit my documents to Dropbox. So I travel back to India, submitted needed documents on April 11-2018.

After few days when i checked the status, it showed "Administrative Processing", then i asked to appear for an interview and no documents were mentioned in the Blue receipt. At the time of the interview, the consular asked my marriage date and my wife's company name then he updated ur visa is 98% approved and if in case we need any additional documents u'll be notified also  he gave me the blue sheet again marking the box:

" Your application is refused for administrative processing. The application will be reconsidered when administrative processing is complete"

Today April 23 - 2018 i checked the status... the case last updated mentioned today's date and the message is same.

I am literally confused and worried...could someone please help me to understand what is happening, whether my visa will get approved or not?

Visa approval or denial will be based on what results from Administrative Processing.  You cannot but wait.

do they return the passport during administrative processing? our passport is ready for pick up but the status is still showing 'administrative processing'
