I did not travel to India for the past 4 years after I got my H1. I am planning to travel to India for a family occasion and also to get my H1 stamping done in Chennai for the first time. I DONT'T HAVE MY CLIENT LETTER. BUT VENDOR HAS ADVISED THAT HE CAN GET A CLIENT LETTER IN CASE OF AN RFE . IF I RESPOND TO THE RFE NEXT DAY WHEN WILL I GET MY STAMPING DECISION? how immediately after i respond to the RFE will I be getting my stamping DECISION? Any immediate response is appreciated. There is no definite timeline for 221G's or RFE. Varies from weeks to months. Link to comment
