Since I have heard lots of H1b stamping rejections in INDIA and I have not travelled to INDIA since 2013, which is the safest option ( INDIA/ Canada/ mexico or any other country) and the time frame to go for first time H1b visa stamping? I would really appreciate your help. Mexico is not an option for first time stamping,(only for visa renewal stamping) Canada or home country are options for first time stamping. Link to comment
