LCA wage is higher than actual wage

Hi - My LCA wage is 3k more than the actual wage paid to me. Now my H1B extension is filed and recently I discovered this wage parity. Please let me know how this will impact my H1B extension.

Your employer should pay you atleast the wage mentioned in LCA. Talk to your employer and get your wage per LCA.

@NotAnAttorneyI raised this with my employer and awaiting the response. My big worry is that the extension request is already submitted. Can my employer make a correction/update to the case saying "Employee will be paid as per LCA" to ensure the extension is not denied due to this reason?

Nope. It doesn't work that way.

When they check your paystubs/or other compensation documents, which you might have submitted along with the extension petition, they might raise concerns about it.
