H1B Extn Premium Processing - Receipt Number Not received

Hi All,

My H1b Extension Premium processing applied a week ago (Apr 11,2018) , But still haven't received my receipt number. I am worried and my attorney says USCIS running behind on issuing receipt notices. Any one facing any delays in getting Receipt number? Please share your suggestion.

Me too, I am facing the same issue, my employer says that money didn't get deducted too.

Did you guys get your receipt notices now? I too applied on Apr 17th, but no receipt so far.

Mine filed First week of april too. To date no receipt yet. My atty says uscis is delayed

I got receipt number for transfer on 12th April. But still waiting for the decision. tomorrow is the 15th day.

@sss1199 How long did it take for you to get the receipt notice? Mine reached USCIS on Apr 17, but nothing so far.

I just got today from my Atty my receipt notice. It was sent first week if april.

but only received april 20 as well as receipt day is 20.

Hi i applied for my H1b Extension on March 20 2018 by PP and got RFE by March 23 and my I-94 expired in April 2018 and still waiting on the decision the USCIS hasnt change because it says page down sometimes. Not sure if i can change the status now.

my case was filed on april 30th, it was said by employer that it will take 3-4 weeks for receipt notice?

any one got receipt notice? how long it is taking nowadays?

mine was sent to nebraska center.

pls any one reply.

My H1b got approved today... May 11

april 5 - filled by my atty using PP

april 20 - atty received Receipt number

May 2 - atty receive RFE

May 9 - Atty Responded to RFE

Take note my previous petition for extension filed May 2017 got denied March 2018. We filed MTR and at the same time new petition.

MTR still on pending but new petition approved.

this has really been a roller coaster ride waiting for my h1b extension. Hold unto God as long as your company is legit everything will be alright.

My package was sent on May 10th in PP for transfer, still didn't get receipt notice.

My H1B extension was filed in premium and received by Nebraska service senter on 5th September 2018. It's already 18 days - still there is no receipt notice. This is highly unusual. Not sure if USCIS can just hold the premium processing applications like this?

I am in same boat here. Applied h1b extension in September 1st week for Vermont processing center, its been 20 days approx. no receipt yet

My employer says Premium processing check has been deducted, still awaiting!!!!!

Did you ever get your receipt? My application for L1 arrived at vermont pp on September 12th and we also still haven't received a receipt number. assuming this means they are quite delayed.
