satya2k1
Change employer and file new petition, since you know the reason for denial ask employer to submit appropriate documentation with new petition. Link to comment
Sri123greets
My current employer is not providing the denial reason or the document. What should i do next ? Link to comment
satya2k1
You need to do some research and request a copy of h1B denial from USCIS. You are the beneficiary so there should be some routes to get a copy of your H1B denial notice. Link to comment
sumitsingh83
i am partly guessing, but could you get that info using FOIA from USCIS? Link to comment
xTDx
What good will it bring to the beneficiary by getting a copy of rfe/denial reason when it looks like the employer is not going to support the petition anymore. Otherwise why would your employer not tell you the denial reason. What guarantee is that they will even file an appeal. IMHO it would be a waste of time, money and resources. You should focus on changing employers asap while trying to push them for appeal. Link to comment
