RFE on Parents - missing Marriage Certificate

I have got RFE on my parents I-130  for Family based immigration.  
I have submitted 3 proper affidavits as proof  of marriage from person living at that time. I have not submitted any other doc for marriage -
 

RFE Title ( page 2) : FATHER'S PATERNITY AND LEGITIMATION

To approve a relationship bet a father and a child, in addition to establishing paternity, you must also establish that the child is legitimate or has been legitimated ....

1) You must establish legitimation through the marriage of child's genetic parents. You may establish this by submitting copy of orginal marriage certificate of XXX and the childs genetic mother.....

USCIS has received copy of 3 Affidavits regarding the marriage of XXX and YYY, you submitted with your petition, however additional evidence is required.

...

2) Not valid case for us

 

My parents marriage was not registered so how to get certificate?  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello - I'm in the same boat here. I am asking my uncle and aunt who were present at my parent's wedding for an affidavit. Will that be enough? What did you end up doing and what was the outcome?
