Puneet Posted April 16, 2018 Report Share Posted April 16, 2018 Hi, My H1B expired in Feb this year and extension is in RFE and my employer is yet to respond to RFE. Meanwhile my PD is current and I am ready to file my I-485. Can I file my I-485 without waiting for the H1B? Also my I-94 is expired and the form I-485 requires me to enter I-94 status.
