Sri2184 Posted April 16, 2018 Report Share Posted April 16, 2018 I was laid off from employer A on 16-July 2017 and I found the job during 60 days grace period, my h1 transfer filed on 8 th Sep 2017 by Employer B and I got specialty occupation RFE on 01-Mar-2018.Also, my h1b which was valid till September 2019 revoked by employer A in November 2017. So is my previous I94 till valid? When will my 240 days expire? Link to comment
