H4 Visa Stamping and Travel

Hello Team,

I am the primary applicant holding H1B and visa renewed and stamped till September 2020.

My wife is on H4 visa and have visa extension(I-797) till September 2020 but her passport H4 stamp has expired.

We are planning for India visit soon and she is planning to apply for drop box to get her passport stamped.

My question can she travel to India through Europe since she already had H4 visa extension and she will be going to get passport stamped in India.
