H1B Stamping - Tijuana, Mexico

Hi Friends, I am planning to go to Mexico, Tijuana for my H1B stamping next week. I been there 3 yrs back and had a very good experience. interview took less than 5 min and I was given the approval. 

Since then nothing changed @ my side except H1B extension. I am with the same employer, same client, same job, same work and home location. I do have approved I-140 from the current employer which I got 7 yrs back. Does anyone see any issue going to the same place? 

Did anyone had any recent experience @ Tijuana, Mexico? Any info in this regards is appreciated
