Kalai112233 Posted April 14, 2018 Report Share Posted April 14, 2018 I 94 is about to expire on Aug 2018. I recently moved to a new employer and got the visa extended until March 2021. The reason behind the expiry is because my passport was about to expire in august but I got it renewed. I got the renewed passport only after the visa process was completely over and therefore we were not able to change in between. What is the process or ideas for extending my I 94 status. Thank you.
