dharma1986 Posted April 13, 2018 Report Share Posted April 13, 2018 My wife went for H4 interview at Chennai Counslate India on 13April 2018 but she got 211g blue slip,They took my visa copy and marriage certificate but Returned her Passport.May I know when I can expect any confirmation or Can I apply for new H4 petition ? They have given reason that she had apples for USA B2 tourist visa before with same information of USA stay and got rejected and that time you had mentioned that he is ur friend and u will stay with him but u did not tell ur Parents that u r planing to visit Usa ,Now he is your husband.I did not get any logic in this question why they said like this.
