Hi

My i140 is approved under EB1A. Now I485 filing is retrograded. Am I eligible to apply EAD and AP, without filing I485? My concern is retrogression hopefully will be over in October, what if it doesn’t? Will I not be able to file i 485 till PD is current? What if my H1b expires (6 years) by then?
