H1B Stamp vs I797 - Different Employers

I have a H1B stamp on Passport with Employer A valid till November January 2020.

I changed the Job to Employer B and now have I-797 notice of approval valid until April 2121.

I need to travel to India in November 2018. Do I need to go for Stamping ?

Or I can travel with the Employer B stamp on passport and show I797 from Employer B at re-entry ?
